My name is Dr. Ankeet Choxi, MD and I am a double-board certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Management physician.

I completed medical school at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, followed by Anesthesiology training at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. I completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at New York University (NYU)-Langone Health.

I specialize in interventional pain management with a focus on regenerative medicine for pain control and restoration of function. By utilizing natural ortho-biologics such as Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Stem Cells, I am able to restore form and functionality for patients while avoiding invasive surgical procedures. I strongly believe in harnessing the body’s ability to heal naturally for improved quality of life and pain-free activity.

I am an expert and thought leader in treating spine, joint, and musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. I have performed over 10,000 pain management procedures. Medical conditions I treat include low back and neck pain (herniated discs, sciatica, facet joints), joint (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle) arthritis and degeneration, shoulder rotator cuff and labral injury, knee meniscus and ligament injury, and many more musculoskeletal injuries.

As the dynamic field of regenerative medicine continues to grow, I remain focused on being able to provide the best medical services and cellular technologies for my patients. I continue to be an investigator in both academic and private research studies. Additionally, I am affiliated with multiple international stem cell centers to provide my patients with the highest-level regenerative treatments available.
